I once thought I would live my life
Sailing through calm seas, bright horizon
I now stand at the edge of the knife
Aching to move, spasm motion.
Repetitive mistakes have emprisoned me
Into a world of constant fear
That I might harm you or somebody
Close to my heart, someone dear.
My path has been set to blemish
By misconceptions and wrong choices
That little by little had me perish
Into a spiral of shallow noises.
But where I failed you have succeeded
From your mistakes you're standing
In a heavenly glow, resurrected
Longing for a new beginning.
You showed strength where I had none
Sheer courage, willpower... purity
In moments where hope seemed to be gone
A behaviour imbued with dignity.
The same mistakes that are trapping me
Got you stronger than ever before
You showed class and ingeniosity
Learning from them , setting the score.
I now look up to you
Admire and envy you
I simply wish to have someday
This resolute spirit you posess
That totally blew me away
The day you became a godess.

I can remember us as clear as yesterday,
Two soul lovers caught up in a dance.
We met each other at a tender age of 13 and 18,
And immediately we became enticed.
You became my reason for living, my other half,
We kissed, we hugged and made love.
I thought I had everything until…
That faithful day my family moved,
That was when I thought I lost you for good!
Then, four years down the line we got reunited,
That time, again, I'd thought you be mine!
